My Commitment to You:

It is my policy to treat my customers in exactly the same way I like to be treated myself.  My commitment to you is to process orders promptly and send an email confirmation within 24 hours of your initial order, to give you an excellent service, and endeavor to respond to all customer service emails within 48 hours.  I encourage you to retain a copy of transactions and any relevant reference numbers.  Your statutory rights under the current consumer protection laws are not affected.

Licence to Use This Website and our Products:

You may view and print pages from the website for your own personal use, subject to the following restrictions.  You must not:

Delivery Policy:

The products on this website are delivered digitally.  Internet download instructions will be emailed to you immediately after purchase.  We can deliver worldwide.

Prices, Payment and Transaction Currency:

Customers offer payment at the time of placing their order.  It is our policy to action Credit/Debit Cards at the time we release details where to download their purchase.  Payment for all products must be made via a third party processor (e.g. Clickbank who accept all major credit and debit cards).  All prices are in $US dollars.  Transactions for orders outside the  US will be converted by your card company at the current exchange rates. Prices for Products are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect Terms & Conditions or any Agreements which have come into force.  Clickbank™ is a trademark of Click Sales Inc.

Warranties and Guarantee:

We warrant to you that any Product you purchase through this website will be of satisfactory quality.

You warrant to us that: you have full authority, power and capacity to enter into this Agreement and that all necessary actions have been taken to enable you to lawfully enter into this Agreement; you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; the information provided in the Order is accurate; and you will be able to accept delivery of the Products as contemplated in this Agreement.

Subject to the warranties set out in above, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties with respect to the Products, whether express or implied.

In the light of the forgoing you will appreciate we feel confident we can unequivocally guarantee your total satisfaction with our product and service.  You have 56 days to test our Products and Services.  Again you should note that your statutory rights under the current consumer protection laws are not affected (more probably enhanced).

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

In the event of dissatisfaction with the product and you are entitled to a refund, a full refund will be issued to you as soon as possible, and within 30 days of the day eBookPresenter.com received your notice of cancellation. 

Customer Service Information:

If you wish to make a complaint or have a query about our Products or Service, please contact us in the first instance, and give your full name, email address, order ID number if applicable, and details of the nature of your enquiry.  We will endeavor to resolve any issues within 48 working hours.

Affiliates:

We have a joint-venture program which allows registered affiliates to earn commissions on any sales generated when they refer new buyers to us.  This program is free to all customers, and all commissions are paid via our authorized third party processor, details of which can be found here.

Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability:
